Floats aren’t just for kids anymore! Here’s a fun recipe to make refreshing classic sangria topped with our signature Lemon Meringue ice cream.
1 tub of Lemon Meringue ice cream by Cornell Creme
1 bottle of red wine (we used Rigby Orchards Carmine & Romeo Tart Cherry Wine)
2 cans of club soda
½ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
Citrus fruit to garnish
Chill all ingredients and scoop ice cream onto a tray lined with parchment paper and place in freezer. Combine other ingredients in a pitcher with ice.
Fill each glass with ice and pour in sangria, being sure to place fruit in each glass. Top each glass with one scoop of Cornell Creme Lemon Meringue ice cream. Serve imediately.
