For as long as we have been farming, we have always said, surround yourself with good people.
Whether you own your own business or manage someone else's, it is always good practice to learn from others. We all have our talents and gifts. Like a giraffe's markings or a snowflake, no two people are the same.
I have had the good fortune of finding talented people to surround myself with. Yesterday we spent the day with Jolene Olive and Ian McCausland on our farm. Jolene is the creativity behind Cornell Creme's branding and Ian is the talent behind the website's photography. Many people have commented about our logo and photos so I have decided to feature these two in today's post.
If you want your business to be successful a key ingredient is to find people that you can work with and that understand what you want. A business is like a garden. You have to tend to it daily, making sure to pull the weeds out that will hinder growth. Adding elements that will promote growth, like water and fertilizer. I am thankful for everyone that has helped us grow and look forward to the future.
Inspire. Create. Grow.
