Cornell Creme

Farm-fresh Manitoba ice cream

We handcraft delicious artisan ice cream using milk from our farm in Manitoba.

Hi, I'm Lisa!

I make ice cream using milk and cream straight from my family's farm, Cornell Dairy, near Anola, Manitoba. My husband William and I are very proud to be Manitoba's first dairy producer-processor.

Just like Mom would make

I started making ice cream in my kitchen for my two kids. I felt disheartened by all the additives store-bought ice cream contained and I wanted better for my family. After family and friends tried my creations, they wanted more. So, I made more and more and more! And now, I'm ready to let the world taste the ice creamy goodness. I am excited to make and sell a product with only pure, real ingredients, just like what I feed my own family.

Not just an ice cream maker

Although I do love making ice cream, I'm also into so much more. I am a diehard Winnipeg Jets fan, a mom to two awesome children, Olivia, 20 and Aaron, 13, and I can throw a party like nobody's business to boot. We even have a full-sized teepee on our farm where we love hosting get-togethers with friends and family.
